Registration of import customs declarations
Documents required for the smooth processing of the import customs declaration:
invoices (must include - sender and recipient, delivery terms, currency symbol, value of goods, preferably also net weight of goods)
CMR - consignment note
Bill of lading - waybill
storage notification (if the product is in the terminal)
document of primary origin (EUR1, Form A, invoice declaration)
bill of lading (if necessary)
some goods (eg food) require a phytosanitary certificate at the border or an indication when imported into the European Union that these goods comply with EU standards.
